《低俗怪谈》获第3季续订，2016年开播，长度为9集。

在Greendale社区大学进修4年后光荣毕业的Jeff（乔尔·麦克哈尔 Joel McHale 饰），他自办的律师事务所倒闭，落得一无所有的下场。失意之时，曾经的老搭档找上门来，让他去起诉自己的母校。　　为了搜集资料，Jeff回到学校，借口组建一个委员会来拯救学校。早就各自毕业的学习小组重聚校园，却发现大家离开学校后都混得不好。在Jeff的煽动下，众人纷纷表示学校把自己的生活毁了，决定起诉母校Greendale。经过一番折腾，Jeff却成了Greendale的法学老师，众人也放弃了起诉学校的想法，决定重读大学，让自己成为更好的人。学习小组的六人，以“学生/老师委员会”的形式，于第六自习室再次集合。 但是很快，一个噩耗传来……
